A very interesting case: She came with some of the biggest fillings ever seen, truly more fillings (amalgam and composites) than molars and premolars. She says she had a mouthful of these super big amalgams that unforunately she changed for composites thinking about cosmetic, and now she regrets of that choice, as those composites were done of a very bad quality and not recommended for her case as the cavities were super big for that material, so all of them are already broken and not sealing anymore, she already is having pain and sensitivity. She still has 4 amalgams in her lowers, but we need to start soon once she is back from work travel, she only had the time for a cleaning and improving a little her front teeth where she also has a lot of bad composites and a porcelain crown with wrong size, color and shape... she will need a lot of work, but we want to help her! She will need ALL of her NEW Amalgams, but as the damage is very advanced, it's possible that many inlays or crowns will be needed for the reconstructions. And for cosmetic front part the redone of her central crown may be needed or at least shape improved and veneers.

She left looking better for her work project and she is very excited to do the rest soon. This set includes pics of before by now and videos of the initial check up, cleaning and improvement of her front composites.
